Cancellation And Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ve got you covered. Below is our transparent refund policy for all Turfix turf and court bookings:

Full Refund (100%)

  • If booking is cancelled by us due to any reason.
  • In case of natural disruptions like rain, earthquakes, or other unavoidable natural calamities that make the venue unplayable.

Partial Refunds (User-Initiated Cancellations)

  • 90% Refund - If cancelled more than 12 hours before the booking time.
  • 50% Refund - If cancelled between 6 to 12 hours before the booking time.
  • No Refund - If cancelled within 6 hours of the booking time.

Note

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Turfix reserves the right to assess ground conditions and confirm weather-related cancellations.
